Os Chimaira  uma banda de metal de Cleveland, Ohio, Estados Unidos. Os rótulos musicais atribuídos a banda são de Nu Metal (início da carreira) e Metalcore/Groove Metal (actualmente), Mark Hunter e companhia sempre disseram que o Chimaira pertence ao grupo do verdadeiro metal, de bandas como Slayer ou Kreator, e não ao Nu Metal. O nome da banda é derivado de um ser da mitologia grega chamado Chimera, um monstro com cabeças de leão, dragão e bode.

Os Bring Me The Horizon (muitas vezes abreviado para BMTH) são uma banda de Deathcore de Sheffield, Yorkshire no Reino Unido.
A banda foi formada em 2004, entre os membros de outras bandas locais dentro da sua área. Seguem um estilo de música que funde death metal e metalcore, conhecido como deathcore. Porem, no último CD - Suicide Season - seguiram um estilo com uma base mais próxima do Metalcore e post-hardcore.
